1:1 CBT-E Therapy
What if in a few weeks from now, you didn’t even recognise the way you think about food?
If you’ve been praying for a sign… this is it!
Only 3 spots available
“For the first time in my adult life, I can keep food in my house without fear or panic. I’m not obsessing, I’m not restricting, and I’m not spiralling every time I have a hard day.
The crippling shame is gone.
I’m calmer, more stable, and honestly… I feel like myself again.
The way Emi blends psychology, practical guidance, AND faith… I’ve never experienced anything like it.
If you’re scared, hesitant, or thinking “I’ve already tried everything,” please trust me. This is completely different.
I got more breakthrough in 3 months than I had in 10 years.”

Does this sound like you?
You’ve tried to “be good” all day… only to find yourself spiralling at night.
You hate how much space food takes up in your mind, but you can’t seem to shut it off.
You ask God for strength, but secretly wonder why you still feel so out of control.
Some days you’re motivated, tracking everything, promising this time will be different.
Other days, you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and reaching for food before you can even think.
You hold yourself to impossibly high standards in every part of your life
…but food feels like the one area you can’t get a grip on.
And that frustrates you more than anything.
You’re brilliant, capable, connected to God…
yet this thing makes you feel weak, confused, and stuck in a cycle you can’t explain.
If any part of that lands in your chest…
you’re exactly who this work is for.
You don’t need more willpower.
You need support, strategy and a compassionate approach that works.

I’ve been there too
During the next 3 months, I will walk with you… closely, consistently, and without judgment as you break the patterns that have kept you stuck.
I’ll help you understand why your urges happen, what your brain is actually trying to do, and how to respond in a way that brings peace and balance instead of panic.
I’ll teach you the exact tools I've taught over 2000 clients in the last decade, to go from spiralling to a peaceful relationship woth food.
From “I can’t control this” to “I know exactly what to do right now.”
I know the exact patterns, fears, and emotional loops that keep you stuck, and I know how to lead you out of them gently, safely, and effectively.
There is no guesswork, the path is fully tested and proven.

Most women think emotional overeating is a self-control problem…
but it’s actually survival mode and a belief-system problem.

ED Recovery Roadmap
This isn't a fixed-length program, and it isn't open-ended either.
We move at the pace your progress sets, with regular check-ins so you always know where you stand.
Phase 1 — Getting started
This is where we build the foundation. Together we look at what's actually keeping the pattern in place and start interrupting it in real time.
This phase is what makes neurological changes stick when the pattern is still active.
People often notice the fastest shifts: food noise feels less loud, emotions become familiar, there's a bit more room to breathe.
(Some people stop here, and tend to relapse)
Phase 2 — Going deeper
Once the pattern has loosened its grip, this is where the real work begins, the identity, body image and self-worth questions underneath the behaviour. Why the habits developed in the first place.
The work goes deeper.
Phase 3 — Holding steady
The final stretch is about proving it to yourself outside the therapy room, noticing that food, control or self-worth have stopped being the loudest voice, and trusting that it holds under real life.
This is usually when we start talking about what "graduating" looks like for you specifically.
(Maintenance phase, sessions may space out here as things stabilise until is time to fly on your own)
-----------------
Full CBT-E treatment typically spans 3-9 months, but each journey is very unique. This isn't a quick-fix program, and I won't pretend it is.
The time in each phase is dictated by how much structure you need,
and how well you manage to implement and integrate in day to day life.
After phase 1, you’ll be able to…
Eat normally without fear, guilt, or overthinking
Finally hear your hunger and fullness cues again without fear or second-guessing.
feel your emotions without turning to food or restriction
Learn how to regulate your nervous system and stop the all-or-nothing spirals.
Make decisions from clarity, not panic or autopilot (survival mode)
Build habits that actually last, because they’re built on safety and grace.
Emi Souza
RD, CBT-E Therapist & mentor
Hi! I am so glad you're here.
For so long, I thought freedom was something I had to earn by being perfect with food, disciplined with my body and endlessly “fixing” myself. This led me an all consuming eating disorder that made my life miserable for over 15 years.
I tried every mindset tool, every nutrition plan, every self-help strategy under the sun and still felt trapped, professionals gave up on me. I felt ashamed, hopeless and helpless.
Everything changed when I realised healing wasn’t about trying harder, it was about understanding how God designed my body to function and graciously tending to the deeper parts of my soul that needed His restoration.
For the last 10+ years working as an RD, CBT-E Therapist and Mentor, I’ve walked thousands of women from all walks of life through this same journey; those who complete the full treatment continue to experience lasting freedom after many, many years.
I combine a unique blend of psychology of eating, nervous system restoration, and Christ-centred inner healing in a compassionate approach. No perfection. No pressure required, just true willingness and a brave step.
There is nothing I want more for you than lasting freedom and true peace of mind.
We're in this together,
Emi

Here's what others are saying
“I used to binge almost every night. Now it’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t binged once, and I didn’t get there by willpower. Emi taught me how to understand my body and anchor my emotions. For the first time, the food noise is gone”
RUTH M.
“I tried so many things trying to change my struggles with food… three rounds of therapy, some for over a year and a half, and a nutritionist, but nothing helped change my day-to-day habits as much as Emi's guidance. Some of those endeavours were somewhat wasted time trying to "fix myself", when what I needed was to surrender my fears to God!"

FAQ
What exactly is included in the 3-month package?
You get weekly 1:1 calls, email support and access to all my best resources.
What if I want to cancel before the 3-month period?
The 3-month package is a commitment-based container, which means there are no refunds once you start. This protects the integrity of the work.
Most women find that this commitment is actually what helps them stay grounded and show up fully. But of course, life happens, and if it's something urgent happens, we can discuss about it.
What if I’m scared to invest?
That fear is normal. Recovery requires willingness and readiness. If part of you is whispering “I think this is my time,” honour that nudge. You won't be doing this alone.
What happens after the 3 months end?
You can continue inside the programme for as long as you need until you reach a maintenance stage (spaced out sessions) or step into independence with the tools, freedom, and confidence you’ve built.
What if I’ve tried everything before and nothing has worked?
Most of my clients feel exactly like this when they arrive, and I once felt the exact same way, so I fully get it.
After 10+ years in the field, over 2,000 women supported, and my own lived journey with food and body image..
I know the patterns, root causes, and what it takes to break them. It works because it transforms your mind, emotions and identity. I think it's worth a serious shot but I am bias, so you have to try it for yourself.
